Blocks of Ice

One of the many ways that Amelia Park’s Board of Trustees gives back to our community is by sponsoring blocks of ice. Blocks of ice are 1 hour periods of ice time that are donated to local 501C3 non-profit organizations that support youth programming and events. Some examples of organizations that would qualify are the YMCA, Boys and Girls Club and some of our area schools. The great thing about this program is that it can be used as a reward to throw a party or free skate to employeesor the organization can utilize the time to fundraise and charge admission for their event. The possibilities are unlimited.
